OUR STORY
As a fourth-generation builder, Rowdy Bristol began helping his father with construction projects at the age of 12. By the age of 23, he had degrees in Land Surveying and Construction Management, and was an assistant superintendent at a commercial building project in Nevada. He became a project engineer at a gold mine in California, and has had a 30 year career as a mining surveyor, engineer, and resource geologist. He now holds a Masters Degree in Geological Engineering, and is a Senior Resource Geologist. Rowdy began investing in property in 2002, and has personally remodeled several homes, managed renovations remotely, and built homes from the ground up in Montana, Wyoming, Western Australia, Oregon and Arizona. He is supported by his wife and two sons and lives in Flagstaff, Arizona.

As the CEO of BristolProperties.Net, he is currently managing the construction and renovation of single family homes in Arizona City, renovation of a seven bedroom home in Phoenix as a sustainable vacation stay, construction of tiny homes, and investment in tax lien properties. Future plans include development of a storage facility in Eloy, Arizona, and construction of 20-30 single family homes on newly acquired properties.
